Shusha, July 20, 2024, The Europe Today: The 2nd Shusha Global Media Forum, focusing on combating disinformation, commenced today in Shusha City, as reported by Azerbaijani Media. Foreign guests arriving for the forum have landed at Fuzuli International Airport and are en route to Shusha by special buses.
The forum, scheduled from July 20 to July 22, aims to gather insights and strategies from global media stakeholders to tackle the challenges posed by disinformation. Over 150 foreign guests from nearly 50 countries, including representatives from news agencies spanning about 30 countries, 3 international organizations, and 82 media entities, are set to participate.
The event underscores Azerbaijan’s commitment to fostering international dialogue and collaboration in combating disinformation, a pressing issue in today’s global media landscape.
