Beijing, October 18, 2024 – The Europe Today: Chinese President Xi Jinping will participate in the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia, from October 22 to 24, at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This announcement was made by foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying on Friday.
