Baku, October 22, 2024 – The Europe Today: ADA University has unveiled its admission results for the 2024-2025 academic year, achieving a record intake of 1,349 students, according to the News Hub Consultants. This milestone includes 1,019 bachelor’s students and 330 master’s students, reflecting the university’s growing academic prominence.
A diverse array of admission routes was utilized, with 345 students gaining entry through the State Examination Centre (SEC), 503 through SAT scores, 20 from the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, and 108 from ADA School. The university also welcomed 92 international students from 18 countries, including its first-ever enrollee from Brazil. The top-performing applicants achieved remarkable scores, with the highest SEC result being 700 points and the highest SAT score reaching 1570.
In terms of financial assistance, 32% of admitted students qualified for various tuition waivers. Notably, 18 students were awarded the prestigious Presidential Scholarship, 12 of whom are pursuing law degrees. Additionally, three students received the Heydar Aliyev Scholarship, and 30 international students were beneficiaries of the Alimardan Bey Topchubashov scholarship programme.
This year also saw a significant rise in passing scores for five bachelor’s programmes, with the mathematics programme setting a new record at 660 points. In line with its commitment to academic innovation, ADA University has introduced three new bachelor’s programmes in urban planning, communication design, and cattle breeding.
