Ashgabat, October 22, 2024 – The Europe Today: On October 23, the city of Dashoguz will host TechFest, a dynamic event dedicated to promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The festival will take place at the regional library and promises to offer visitors an exciting opportunity to explore cutting-edge innovations.
Attendees will be able to experience advancements in robotics, virtual space simulators, and 3D printing, while also participating in a mini-hackathon and other competitive events. In addition to hands-on activities, the festival will feature printed educational materials, English language learning resources, and thematic literature.
TechFest is being organized by the Dashoguz American Corner and the Dashoguz Velayat Library, in collaboration with the Dashoguz Velayat Khyakimlik, the US Embassy in Turkmenistan, and the American Councils for International Education. Local non-profit organizations and businesses, such as Eco-Durmush and the Kamil Bilim Educational Center, will also participate, offering insights into their activities.
This event promises to be a valuable platform for fostering innovation and encouraging interest in STEM fields among the local community.
