President Prabowo was accompanied by key Indonesian officials, including Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Indonesian Ambassador to Brazil Edy Yusop.

The UN delegation included Principal Political Affairs Officer Aguinaldo Baptista, Under-Secretary-General Li Junhua, UN Resident Coordinator Silvia Rucks, and Director of Sustainable Development Unit Michelle Gyles McDonnough.
