Baku, November 24, 2024 – The Europe Today: The 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) concluded on Sunday morning, marking a significant milestone with the adoption of a new finance goal aimed at supporting developing countries in their efforts to combat climate change.
China’s delegation emphasized the importance of adhering to multilateralism and the principle of “common but differentiated responsibilities.” They called on all parties to uphold the commitments made under the Paris Agreement, ensuring no regression in global climate efforts.
