Astana, December 16, 2024 – The Europe Today: Kazakhstan’s Independence Day stands as a symbol of the nation’s revival, freedom, and the enduring legacy of its statehood, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in a message commemorating the occasion.
“This holiday is a symbol of the revival of our statehood and the realization of our nation’s dream of freedom,” the President stated. He emphasized that Independence Day serves as a reminder of the importance of honoring the values of the ancestors while assuming responsibility for the nation’s future.
“Independence is our common invaluable wealth, the foundation of all our achievements. It is above everything, and it is the responsibility of each citizen to protect it,” Tokayev declared, urging the people of Kazakhstan to cherish and safeguard their sovereignty.
