Tashkent, February 3, 2025 – The Europe Today: Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, to discuss enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries.
In a statement shared via his Telegram channel, Mr. Saidov highlighted that the meeting focused on exploring new dynamics in the relationship between Uzbekistan and Jordan. He emphasized the significant untapped potential for cooperation, particularly in areas such as fostering economic ties, boosting tourism, promoting sister-city partnerships, strengthening people-to-people connections, and improving connectivity.
“The discussions revolved around realizing the vast opportunities available to both nations, with a shared commitment to advancing mutual interests across various sectors,” Mr. Saidov added. The dialogue underscored the importance of continued collaboration between the two countries, paving the way for future growth in their bilateral ties.
