Baku, March 21, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Rovshan Najaf, met with John Ardill, Vice President for Global Exploration at ExxonMobil Corporation, to discuss bilateral cooperation and industry developments.
During the meeting, both sides acknowledged ExxonMobil’s participation in energy projects initiated by Azerbaijan and emphasized the significance of continued collaboration between the two companies.
Discussions covered a range of topics, including the operational activities of ExxonMobil and SOCAR both domestically and internationally, recent industry developments, emerging projects, and strategic priorities. The two parties also explored potential cooperation on future projects within Azerbaijan’s energy sector.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of both companies to strengthening their partnership and leveraging mutual expertise to advance energy initiatives.
