Astana, March 28, 2025 – The Europe Today: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law the ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan on regulating the activities of the Central Asia International Industrial Cooperation Center according to the News Hub Consultants.
The agreement formalizes bilateral cooperation between the two nations in developing and managing the industrial cooperation center, located on the Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan border. The law’s full text will be published in the press.
Earlier, the Kazakh Senate had approved the law, marking a significant step toward enhancing regional industrial collaboration and trade. The establishment of the center is expected to strengthen economic ties between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, fostering industrial partnerships and facilitating cross-border commerce.
