Ashgabat, April 30, 2025 – The Europe Today: The international exhibition-fair “International Trade and Services” has officially opened in the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, alongside the conference titled “Ensuring Quality in Turkmenistan in Line with International Standards,” Turkmen official media reported.
On this occasion, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended his congratulations to the participants, expressing confidence that such large-scale events would significantly contribute to enhancing international trade, advancing the service sector, and promoting high-quality, eco-friendly products that comply with global standards. He emphasized the importance of integrating scientific and technological advancements to achieve these goals.
The exhibition has attracted a wide array of participants, including representatives from government ministries and agencies, international organizations, private enterprises, and members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Key topics of the event include the strengthening of foreign economic relations, the promotion of Turkmen exports, and the exchange of information on global trends in trade and services. Participants are also engaging in discussions on market expansion strategies, certification processes, and the application of digital marketing technologies.
Organizers have placed particular emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), fostering business partnerships through B2B and B2G meetings, and attracting investment to priority sectors of the national economy.
The exhibition showcases a diverse range of sectors, including the agro-industrial complex, e-commerce, creative industries, and industrial production. The three-day program, held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, features expert consultations, panel discussions, and presentations of innovative technological solutions.
