Baku, May 2, 2025 – The Europe Today: Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, accompanied by Arzu Aliyeva, met with the family of National Hero Polad Hashimov in Baku to pay tribute to his memory and express deep appreciation for his service and sacrifice.
During the heartfelt meeting, the participants reflected on the historic victory achieved in the 44-day Patriotic War and honored the heroism of the brave sons of the Motherland who laid down their lives in defense of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
