Ashgabat, May 13, 2025 — The Europe Today: The National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the triumph of FC Arkadag in the international AFC Challenge League tournament for the 2024–2025 season, according to the state news agency on Monday.
