Ashgabat, May 23, 2025 – The Europe Today: In celebration of International Children’s Day, a vibrant exhibition showcasing the creativity and talent of young artists from Children’s Art School No. 2 in Ashgabat has opened at the Exhibition Center of Fine Arts.
The exhibition presents a remarkable collection of over 200 paintings and nearly 100 works in ceramics and jewelry, along with a variety of handcrafted items created by the students.
“There are 230 children currently enrolled at the school,” said painting teacher Mukhabat Khudaykulieva. “They come with a passion for drawing, and through our programs and guidance, they develop real artistic skill. Every student’s success is also a reflection of their teacher’s dedication.”
A standout among the talented students is Mukhammetnur Yaran, who recently won 3rd place at a youth art exhibition in Kyrgyzstan and received an Honorary Diploma in Moscow. In addition to painting, Mukhammetnur dedicates his free time to crafting and other forms of artistic expression.
The exhibition also includes a selection of women’s jewelry designed in traditional Turkmen style, created by the school’s young jewelers, highlighting a deep respect for national heritage and aesthetics.
According to organizers, a new exhibition featuring works from students of the Byashim Nurali Children’s Art School is also planned to take place at the same venue in the near future.
