Baku, May 28, 2025 – The Europe Today: Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep gratitude to Türkiye and Azerbaijan for their unwavering support, describing the two nations as Pakistan’s “sincere brothers” during a high-level trilateral summit held in Baku with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
“In such circumstances, Pakistan is fortunate to have sincere brothers like Türkiye and Azerbaijan,” Prime Minister Sharif remarked, underscoring the strength of the fraternal ties that bind the three nations. He further highlighted the shared commitment to mutual support and solidarity, particularly in times of hardship and geopolitical challenges.
“You stood by us like an unbreakable rock, and we trust you without hesitation. As brothers-in-arms, we will always uphold peace, justice, and moral values,” the Pakistani Premier emphasized during his address.
The summit, aimed at reinforcing regional cooperation and strategic alignment, featured discussions on economic integration, defense collaboration, and joint efforts to promote stability and development across the wider region.
