Türkiye’s Alves Kablo Clinches 2025 Amputee Football Champions League Title with Commanding Victory

Ankara, June 2, 2025 – The Europe Today: Türkiye’s Alves Kablo secured the 2025 Amputee Football Champions League title on Sunday with a dominant 6-1 victory over Polish side Wisla Krakow in the final match held in Ankara.

The final brought together the top two contenders of amputee football, with Alves Kablo facing Wisla Krakow, the reigning champions from 2024. Alves Kablo established early control, entering halftime with a decisive 4-0 lead and maintaining their momentum through the second half.

David Mendes opened the scoring in the 2nd minute and struck again in the 18th. Omer Guleryuz added goals in the 8th and 28th minutes, while Mohcine Chrharh found the net in the 9th minute. The team’s sixth and final goal came from Alican Kuruyamac in stoppage time at 50+1 minutes.

Wisla Krakow’s lone goal was scored by Kamil Grygiel in the 39th minute.

The commanding performance secured Alves Kablo’s place at the pinnacle of European amputee football, showcasing Türkiye’s growing strength and competitiveness in the sport.
