Baku, July 28, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra, President of the Republic of Peru, on the occasion of her country’s national holiday – Independence Day.
In his congratulatory letter, President Aliyev expressed his confidence in the continued strengthening of relations between Azerbaijan and Peru. He stated:
