Astana, August 25, 2025 – The Europe Today: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received a special envoy of the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Patrick Mpoyi Luabeya, the Akorda press service reported.
Welcoming the envoy, President Tokayev emphasized that the visit represents an important step toward strengthening cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Patrick Mpoyi Luabeya conveyed his gratitude to the Head of State for the audience and delivered a special message on behalf of President Felix Tshisekedi.
The meeting focused on preparations for the upcoming official visit of President Tshisekedi to Kazakhstan, as well as discussions on potential areas of bilateral cooperation.
