Astana, September 27, 2025 – The Europe Today: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan on Saturday extended warm congratulations to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the people of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day, Akorda reported.
In his message, Tokayev emphasized the high level of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, noting that bilateral relations continue to gain new practical content through joint efforts and fully reflect the principles of strategic partnership and the aspirations of the two nations.
Reaffirming his strong commitment to further strengthening multifaceted interstate ties, Tokayev wished President Berdimuhamedov continued success in his responsible state activities for the wellbeing, peace, and prosperity of fraternal Turkmenistan.
