Islamabad, October 11, 2025 – The Europe Today: Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Lebanon to Pakistan, Abdulaziz Issa, paid a courtesy call on the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, A. Movlamov.
During the meeting, Ambassador Movlamov extended his warm congratulations and best wishes to Ambassador-designate Issa on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Pakistan. He also briefed his Lebanese counterpart on the activities of the Diplomatic Corps, including its upcoming events and regular engagements with the Government of Pakistan.
The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of maintaining continuous dialogue and promoting cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Ambassador-designate Abdulaziz Issa expressed his sincere appreciation for the warm reception and for being introduced to the initiatives and activities of the Diplomatic Corps.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to remain in close contact and to further enhance coordination and collaboration within the diplomatic community in Islamabad.
