Islamabad, October 29, 2025 – The Europe Today: On 29th October 2025, Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Limited (HRL), one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan, renowned for its extensive portfolio across diverse sectors including construction, engineering, and real estate development. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in enhancing bilateral industrial cooperation, promoting technological exchange, and fostering investment opportunities between China and Pakistan.
The agreement was signed between Mr. David Chu, Chief Executive Officer of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China, and Mr. Zahir Rafiq, Chairman of Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Limited (HRL), along with the senior management of HRL.
On the Chinese side, the delegation included Mr. Yi Jiang, Director of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), and Ms. He He Amanda, Director of Precise Development (HK) Limited, China. Representatives from Yunchuan Cross-Border Company, Aviation Industry Association, Sanlian International Corporation, Super Era International Company, and Xinfeng Iron Transport Company were also part of the delegation.
The meeting was facilitated and arranged by Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram who is currently hosting B2B basis Chinese Investments in Pakistan.
The key component of this agreement focuses on strengthening Pakistan–China B2B relations by granting Habib Rafiq (Pvt.) Limited (HRL) access to the vast Chinese market through the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC). This initiative will open new channels for investment, trade partnerships, and joint ventures across multiple industrial sectors. The collaboration also emphasizes the inclusion of private enterprises and the empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from both nations, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and mutually beneficial growth.
Through this strategic partnership, HRL and Precise Development (HK) Limited aim to create new avenues of cooperation that align with the vision of shared prosperity and regional integration.
