Islamabad, November 19, 2025 – The Europe Today: The UAE Ambassador to Pakistan, Salem Mohammad Salem Alzaabi, paid a courtesy visit to the Ambassador of Turkmenistan, A. Movlamov, at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad on Tuesday.
During the meeting, Ambassador Movlamov extended his congratulations to Ambassador Alzaabi on the successful presentation of his credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari a day earlier. He conveyed his best wishes for the UAE envoy’s continued success in his diplomatic mission in Pakistan.
The discussion covered a wide range of topics, including the activities of the diplomatic community in Islamabad, upcoming initiatives, and ongoing engagements with various Pakistani government institutions.
Both diplomats underscored the positive trajectory of Turkmenistan–UAE relations, reaffirming their mutual commitment to advancing cooperation in areas of shared interest. They emphasized the importance of sustaining the current momentum in bilateral engagement.
The Ambassadors also agreed on maintaining open communication, strengthening professional ties, and enhancing collaboration within the diplomatic corps in Pakistan, reflecting their shared dedication to deepening bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
