Baku, December 7, 2025 – The Europe Today: A Kyrgyz delegation headed by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, visited the Alley of Honors on December 7 as part of an official trip to Azerbaijan.
During the visit, the delegation paid their respects to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect of modern independent Azerbaijan, by laying a wreath and flowers at his grave. The group also honored the memory of distinguished ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva by placing flowers at her gravesite.
The visit forms part of the delegation’s official program in Baku and reflects the continued development of friendly relations between the two countries.
