Ashgabat, December 18, 2025 – The Europe Today: Turkmenistan’s capital will host the Turkmen Travel 2026 international tourism forum and exhibition from April 14 to 16, 2026, organizers announced. The event will be held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
The forum is expected to bring together tour operators, air carriers, hospitality industry representatives, as well as experts in cultural heritage and ecotourism. Around 100 foreign delegates and approximately 60 representatives from Turkmenistan’s tourism sector are set to participate.
According to the organizers, the business program will feature presentations of new tourism products, discussions on expanding international cooperation, and showcases of modern technological solutions for the tourism industry. Particular attention will be given to the development of ecotourism, ethnographic routes, and health and wellness tourism.
The program will also include B2B and B2G meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation between government institutions and private-sector stakeholders.
The event is being organized by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, in partnership with Talwas Yoly and Oguz Forum&Expo.
Turkmen Travel 2026 is intended to promote Turkmenistan’s tourism potential and enhance the country’s position in the international tourism market.
