London, December 18, 2025 – The Europe Today: Romanian President Nicușor Dan was received by His Majesty King Charles III at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, during an official working visit to the United Kingdom, according to Romanian state media and international reports.
The audience with King Charles marked the culmination of President Dan’s engagements in London and underscored the close and evolving bilateral relations between Romania and the United Kingdom. President Dan expressed appreciation for the reception in a message shared on social media, thanking the British monarch for hosting him at the historic royal residence.
During his visit, President Dan held a series of meetings with representatives of the Romanian community and business leaders in the United Kingdom.
