Astana, December 31, 2025 – The Europe Today: Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev and Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili held a telephone conversation on Tuesday to review the outcomes of bilateral cooperation in 2025 and commend the steady development of Kazakh-Georgian relations, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said.
During the talks, the two ministers reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining continuous political dialogue and advancing practical cooperation across all areas of the bilateral agenda.
Particular attention was paid to expanding trade and economic ties between Kazakhstan and Georgia. Both sides underscored the importance of strengthening investment cooperation, noting its significant role in supporting economic growth, boosting production and creating jobs in both countries.
The foreign ministers also agreed on the need to maintain close working contacts and to continue constructive dialogue to further deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.
Earlier, Qazinform reported that Kazakh and Uzbek foreign ministers also held a year-end telephone conversation to discuss bilateral relations.
