Islamabad, March 3, 2026 – The Europe Today: As part of its humanitarian outreach during the holy month of Ramadan, Salem Mohammed Al Zaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, donated 3.6 tons of dates as humanitarian assistance for communities in Balochistan, according to a report by Global News Pakistan.
The dates were formally handed over to Jam Kamal Khan, Federal Minister for Commerce, who will oversee their distribution among deserving communities across the province.
As part of the ongoing initiative, the humanitarian aid was distributed among needy families in Lasbela through the Jam Muhammad Foundation.
The gesture highlights the strong brotherly relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates and reflects the UAE’s continued commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, particularly during the sacred month of Ramadan.
Local residents warmly welcomed the initiative and expressed gratitude to the leadership and people of the UAE for their generosity and humanitarian support.
The distribution campaign in Lasbela further symbolizes the spirit of solidarity, compassion, and partnership that continues to strengthen UAE–Pakistan relations.
