Baku, December 20, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has extended a warm congratulatory message to His Excellency Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of his birthday.
