Khankendi, August 15, 2026 — The Europe Today: A total of 22 families comprising 102 people were resettled in the city of Khankendi on August 14 and received the keys to their newly allocated homes.
Mahmud Efendiyev, Deputy Executive Director of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, attended the ceremony held to hand over the keys to the resettled families.
The resettlement is part of Azerbaijan’s ongoing efforts to restore and develop the liberated territories and provide returning residents with modern living conditions.
