Khojaly, September 12, 2025 — The Europe Today: Azerbaijan has commenced the first phase of the relocation process to Badara village in the Khojaly district.
As part of this phase, 14 families, comprising 56 individuals, were resettled in the village and formally received the keys to their new homes.
The key handover ceremony was attended by officials from the Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi, and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, as well as representatives of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).
