Ashgabat, December 29, 2023, The Europe Today: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey Togan Oral completes his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan. Today, on this occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, held a meeting with him.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a number of issues of bilateral cooperation and prospects for their further development were discussed during the meeting. In this regard, the importance of implementing the agreements reached during the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Turkey on October 25-26, 2023 was noted.
R. Meredov expressed gratitude to the Turkish Ambassador for his productive activities in developing Turkmen-Turkish relations and wished him success in his future work.
In turn, Togan Oral expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for their support and assistance in the implementation of his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan.
