Beijing, December 31, 2023, The Europe Today: China’s electronic information manufacturing sector displayed robust recovery throughout the initial 11 months of the current year, as per data released by the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and according to Chinese state media.
The industrial added-value of prominent companies within this sector exhibited a notable 2.6 percent year-on-year increase during this period, surpassing the growth rate of the preceding 10 months by 0.9 percentage points.
Despite a 1.8 percent year-on-year decrease in the combined operating revenue of major firms, totaling 13.5 trillion yuan (approximately 1.9 trillion U.S. dollars), there was a significant improvement, with the decline narrowing by 1.1 percentage points compared to the first 10 months of the year, indicating a positive trajectory in the sector’s performance.
