Islamabad, March 11, 2025 – The Europe Today: On March 11, 2025, Executive Director PRCCSF Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram and renowned writer and expert Mr. Muhammad Ali Pasha visited the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad.
The meeting was also attended by Ms. Fatima Tuz Zehra, Editor-in-Chief of “The Gulf Observer”, and the Managing Editor of “The Europe Today”, Malik M. Shafiq.
During the meeting, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram highlighted the strong and enduring Pakistan-Turkmenistan relations, discussing the future prospects of the TAPI Project and its potential to strengthen regional connectivity and economic cooperation.
His Excellency Atadjan Movlamov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan, elaborated on Turkmenistan’s policy of neutrality and diplomatic initiatives, emphasizing the country’s commitment to fostering peace and cooperation in the region.
Meanwhile, Mr. Muhammad Ali Pasha provided a brief historical perspective on Merv City, shedding light on the glory of the Seljuks, particularly focusing on the legacy of Sultan Sanjar.
The visit highlighted the importance of cultural and historical dialogue, while also fostering bilateral relations and mutual understanding between Pakistan and Turkmenistan.
