The announcement was made by SCCI President H.E. Ikram ul Haq during a high-level Business Forum co-chaired with H.E. The Ambassador highlighted Ethiopia’s progress through its two phases of homegrown economic reforms, which have created a highly favorable investment climate, featuring incentives for foreign direct investment (FDI) and a streamlined ease of doing business.
“The Single Country Exhibition and the ‘Invest in Ethiopia’ Business Forum are golden opportunities for Pakistani businesses to forge ties not only with Ethiopian enterprises but also with key stakeholders from across Africa,” Dr. Jemal said, underscoring Ethiopia’s potential as a gateway to the African market.
Echoing the Ambassador’s remarks, President Ikram ul Haq affirmed the Chamber’s commitment to showcasing Sialkot’s manufacturing excellence in Addis Ababa. He encouraged SCCI members to explore new business avenues in Ethiopia, noting its strategic importance in expanding trade footprints across Africa.
