Baku, July 21, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has extended his heartfelt congratulations to King Philippe of the Belgians on the occasion of Belgium’s National Day, according to official media reports.
In his congratulatory message, President Aliyev conveyed his best wishes to the Belgian monarch and the people of the Kingdom of Belgium.
“On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my sincerest congratulations and best wishes to you and, through you, to all your people on the occasion of the national holiday of the Kingdom of Belgium,” the message read.
President Aliyev expressed hope for the continued development of friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belgium, while wishing peace and prosperity to the Belgian people.
