Islamabad, November 04, 2025 – The Europe Today: President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Asif Ali Zardari, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan on the auspicious occasion of the fifth Victory Day celebrations.
