Astana, November 10, 2025 – The Europe Today: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended his warm congratulations to Kazakhstan’s tennis star Elena Rybakina following her spectacular victory at the WTA Finals in Riyadh, according to a statement from Akorda.
In his congratulatory message, the Head of State praised Rybakina’s exceptional performance and indomitable spirit, noting that her triumph represents the culmination of an extraordinary tennis season.
