Ankara, December 20, 2025 – The Europe Today: Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has affirmed that the country will continue to pursue its strategic goals by drawing strength from its long-standing diplomatic tradition, following the conclusion of the 16th Ambassadors Conference in Ankara.

The conference, held from December 15 to 19 under the theme “Foreign Policy Promoting Peace, Stability, and Prosperity,” focused on internal ministerial assessments, consultations on regional and global developments, and discussions on actionable steps for Türkiye’s foreign policy, Fidan said in a post on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal.

During the event, meetings covered a broad spectrum of topics, including the economy, defense, security, multilateralism, digitalization, mediation, connectivity, energy, environment, migration, and visa practices.

“We had the opportunity to listen first-hand to the views and recommendations of our ambassadors, who represent our country with great dedication in the regions where they serve,” Fidan stated.

He added that, based on the outcomes of the conference, Türkiye will continue to work with determination to achieve its objectives, leveraging its deep-rooted diplomatic heritage.
