Azerbaijan, Montenegro Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation Across Multiple Sectors

Baku, December 21, 2025 – The Europe Today: On December 20, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with Ervin Ibrahimović, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, to discuss the state and prospects of bilateral relations.

During the meeting, both officials hailed the successful development of Azerbaijan–Montenegro relations across a wide range of areas, highlighting the strong partnership and shared interests between the two countries.

The discussions underscored mutual support between Azerbaijan and Montenegro within international organizations and reaffirmed the commitment to furthering collaboration on the global stage.

The leaders also explored avenues to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation in trade, economic development, investment promotion, energy, humanitarian initiatives, tourism, and other key sectors, aiming to strengthen long-term partnership and strategic ties between the two nations.
