Baku, April 11, 2026 – The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has awarded a group of employees of the State Housing Construction Agency in recognition of their contributions to improving housing provision for citizens.
The honors were conferred through a presidential decree, under which the recipients were awarded the prestigious “Taraggi” (Progress) medal for their dedicated service in enhancing the country’s housing sector.
According to the decree, the following employees received the award:

- Elshad Mammadov
- Azer Salmanov
- Rizvan Sharifov
- Kamala Shiriyeva
