Baku, July 28, 2026 – The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on Tuesday to discuss key issues on the bilateral and international agenda, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
During the call, the two leaders reviewed a range of current bilateral and global developments, with particular emphasis on the constructive nature of Azerbaijan-Russia relations and the continued expansion of dialogue between their respective governments and relevant state institutions.
