Dashoguz, January 21, 2026 – The Europe Today: Atalyk Gurluşyk Individual Enterprise is constructing a new residential complex in the city of Dashoguz as part of ongoing efforts to expand and modernize the city’s housing infrastructure.
According to the newspaper Türkmenistan, the project comprises 12 apartment buildings ranging from five to seven stories, located along Magtymguly Avenue. The development incorporates modern urban planning solutions and is aimed at increasing the availability of quality housing for residents.
In parallel, another multi-story residential area is under construction in the southwestern part of Dashoguz. The project involves both state and private companies, which are building four-story apartment blocks with 16 and 24 units each. All of the buildings are being equipped with full utility services to meet contemporary living standards.
Additionally, plans are in place for the construction of 42 seven-story apartment buildings along the road leading to the airport. This large-scale development is expected to further contribute to the modernization of Dashoguz’s residential infrastructure and support the city’s urban growth.
