Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram
With over 30 years of experience in security, intelligence, and policy planning, he executive director at Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), a prestigious think tank established by Communication University of China (CUC) in Beijing. His core competencies includes advising on Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and Eurasian region, analyzing geo-strategic affairs, and fostering regional connectivity and cooperation.
As an executive director of PRCCSF, he leads a team of researchers and experts who produce high-quality publications, reports, and events on various topics related to the concept of a community with shared future. He also serves as an advisor to House of Elaan, Pakistan’s first premium real estate solution and services provider, and a director of International Academic Network for a Community with Shared Future (IAN-CSF), a global network of 17 centers established by CUC. His mission is to promote mutual understanding, trust, and collaboration among different countries and cultures, especially in the Eurasian region, through research, dialogue, and exchange. He is a regular contributor to renowned newspapers and magazines nationally and internationally, and a visiting faculty member at various institutions and universities across Eurasia.
In addition, he is the CEO of RK Consultants, a renowned international business consultancy firm with footprints in China , Central Asia , Azerbaijan and Eastern European countries.
