Tacen, August 31, 2025 – The Europe Today: Czech canoeist Vojtěch Heger secured his first-ever World Cup medal in the C1 event, finishing third in Tacen.
The 25-year-old athlete was outpaced only by Olympic champion Nicolas Gestin and top qualifier Yohann Senechault, both from France.
Heger also reached the final twelve of a classic race for the first time this season, turning the opportunity into a breakthrough podium finish.
