Astana, October 20, 2025 — The Europe Today: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Republic of Kazakhstan on a state visit.
Upon arrival at Astana International Airport, a guard of honor was lined up in tribute to the Azerbaijani leader.
President Ilham Aliyev was warmly received by President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Following the official welcome ceremony, the guard of honor marched past the two heads of state to the accompaniment of a military march, marking the start of President Aliyev’s state visit to Kazakhstan.
