Saudi Arabia Dispatches 54 Relief Trucks to Syria via Jordan as Part of Humanitarian Efforts

Amman, January 26, 2025 – The Europe Today: Fifty-four Saudi relief trucks crossed the Jaber Border Crossing into Jordan on Saturday, continuing the humanitarian mission organized by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

The convoy, destined for Syria, carries essential food, shelter, and medical supplies to alleviate the hardships faced by the Syrian people. This initiative forms part of the Saudi land relief bridge aimed at providing critical support during the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

This latest delivery follows the earlier dispatch of 60 relief trucks to Syria through the same land route and 13 relief planes that have landed at Damascus International Airport. The air relief bridge included food, medical, and shelter supplies to assist those in need.

Saudi Arabia’s efforts demonstrate its unwavering commitment to supporting its Syrian brothers and underline its broader role in providing aid to friendly and neighboring countries during times of crisis. Through initiatives like these, KSrelief continues to exemplify the Kingdom’s dedication to humanitarian causes on a global scale.
