Arkadag, April 26, 2026 – The Europe Today: A ceremony to hand over keys to newly constructed apartments in modern residential buildings was held in Arkadag on Friday as part of celebrations marking the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, according to the Watan habarlary news programme.
The residential complexes, equipped with modern amenities, are part of ongoing efforts to enhance living standards and urban development in the country.
The event was attended by officials from city institutions, elders, mothers, residents, guests, as well as representatives of public organizations and the media, reflecting broad community participation.
New homeowners expressed their gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people for facilitating access to comfortable housing and improved living conditions.
Following the ceremony, participants toured the newly built residential buildings, commending the architectural design, layout, and facilities of the apartments, which are aimed at providing a modern and convenient lifestyle for residents.
