Fuzuli, July 13, 2026 – The Europe Today: Participants of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum, held under the theme “The Mission of Media in Promoting Peace: Restoring Truth and Rebuilding Trust,” arrived in Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli on Sunday ahead of the opening of the international event.
Delegates landed at Fuzuli International Airport before continuing their journey to the city of Shusha, where the forum will be held.
The event is expected to bring together nearly 160 media representatives, experts, and government officials from 54 countries to discuss the evolving role of the media in promoting peace, restoring truth, rebuilding public trust, and addressing contemporary global communication challenges.
Since its inception, the Shusha Global Media Forum has established itself as one of the world’s leading platforms for dialogue on international media issues. Over its previous editions, the forum has welcomed nearly 600 prominent media professionals, experts, and officials from 81 countries, fostering international cooperation and the exchange of ideas on the future of journalism and media.
The 4th Shusha Global Media Forum will continue through July 14, featuring discussions on media responsibility, information integrity, international cooperation, and the role of journalism in promoting peace and mutual understanding.
