Baku, February 07, 2024, The Europe Today: Mr. Qaiser Nawab, President of the Belt and Road Initiative for Sustainable Development (BRISD), held a brief meeting with His Excellency Mr. Zhang Ming, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), in Baku, Azerbaijan.
