Kyrgyzstan and Cambodia Strengthen Ties with Meeting Between Deputy Foreign Minister and New Cambodian Ambassador

Bishkek, September 10, 2024, The Europe Today: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Aibek Moldogaziev, held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Cambodia to Kyrgyzstan, Sok Chea, on September 9, 2024.

During the meeting, Ambassador Sok Chea presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Minister Moldogaziev. He conveyed Cambodia’s eagerness to enhance political dialogue and develop stronger trade and economic ties between the two nations. Additionally, Sok Chea emphasized the importance of expanding cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

Deputy Minister Moldogaziev expressed Kyrgyzstan’s willingness to cultivate mutually beneficial relations with Cambodia. He highlighted the potential for increased collaboration in several areas, including tourism, light industry, culture, and environmental protection.
